Amanda holds a Masters in Business Management (MBA), working as an Operations Manager in  Custom Machine Manufacturing for over a decade. She has additional education in Organizational Leadership, Marketing, and Elementary Education.

Nathan Jacobson

Chief Operations Officer

Nate has been in the Power and Refinery industry for over 20 years, working in a multitude of areas including, but not limited to: Welding, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Custom Metal Fabrication, Piping and Boilermaker work Workforce Development, and Sales.
